This blend from Bullas – Macabeo, Malvasía and Airén – is fermented in oak and aged for 12 months but the wood is very well integrated and provides lovely framing to the wine.
The Malvasía is very noticeable in the white peach profile of the wine and its oily texture. It is precise, acid driven and has an appealing mineral, aniseed finish. 2024 – 2026
