El Borde blends Macabeo, Malvasía, and Airén grapes, fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Its profile is elegant and complex, with a profound expression of ripe white fruit, floral notes, and delicate hints of pastry.

On the palate, it is ample, flavorful, and persistent, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
